6Please don’t pig out after weigh-ins! Pig out at the end of the season.
Wrestling means constantly losing weight and pigging out will only make that more difficult, even if your next tournament is a week or two away.

12there are some but i dont recomend it most are hard to get and most refs wont call it unless they are pinned but the banna split is a relly good one if u no how to do it
